7-Day Easy Returns

We want you to love every Keshavi Jewels piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original, unworn condition
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Include the original invoice / order confirmation
  • Not be damaged, altered, or resized after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@keshavijewels.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and pickup instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to our pickup agent.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days. Please share your bank details when raising the return request.

Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges. If your ring or bracelet doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for the correct size at no extra cost (subject to stock availability). You only pay return shipping if the item was correctly delivered as ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sale or with a discount code (exchange only, no refund)
  • Customised or personalised jewellery
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
